As part of the new constitution, we have a new Ministry Board. The ministry board includes the council members and ministry chairpeople (formerly known as committee chairs). Our first meeting of the board will be May 9, at 7 pm. We would like each ministry to send a representative to the meeting. We have 2 agenda items:
- ironing out the practical procedural process for communication between council and the individual ministries,
- begin planning a congregational meeting for visioning and setting of goals for the congregation.
Not a committee chair? You are also welcome to join us for the meeting and discussion.
We expect that the Ministry Board will meet quarterly. If you have questions please contact Pastor Dan or Mike N.
